These terms cover use of the The Focal Gallery website. A photography booking is confirmed separately, in writing, and those booking terms prevail for the job itself.

The website

Photographs, words, and page design on this site belong to the studio unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form is a request for information. It does not reserve a date. A date is held only when the studio confirms it.

Photographs from a booking

Usage of delivered photographs, including prints, albums, and social media, is agreed in the booking. The studio keeps the right to show selected work in the gallery unless you ask, before the job, for a private gallery.

Liability

The website is provided in good faith. We take care with the information on it, and bookings are confirmed directly rather than through this form alone.
